How are my details retrieved?
Details are retrieved from the Virgin Mobile web site directly to your iPhone.
What Phone plans / providers does this app work with?
This currently only works with Virgin Mobile Australia post pay iPhone plans.
I get 'Unable to access usage'
Double check your settings:
- Check you have an online account with virgin
- Check you can login at virginmobile.com.au with your provided details
- Double check your username and password as entered in the settings view of iUsage
- Check you have a working internet connection by browsing the net with Safari
- Please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist
- There may be unavoidable temporary downtime if Virgin change their website. This could require a subsequent update of the application. Please check this site for information.
